With our network of offices and specialized agents situated
globally, we are able to handle your exhibits to any exhibition
in any part of the world. Our staff, our offices and agents
are specially trained and had the experience and dedication
in handling the logistics part of any exhibition.
Transit Air Cargo Singapore is registered with the Singapore
Expo and Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition
Centre as their approved and preferred freight handling
agent and on-site service provider to provide the logistics
services to the organizers and exhibitors. Our services
include:
Exhibition services
• Pre exhibition planning and advisory services
• Arrangement of one-stop logistics services / door-to-door
services
• Transportation from arrival Seaport & Airport
to exhibition venue and vice versa (including storage
of empties during exhibition period)
• Freight forwarding by Air, Sea or Land transportation
• Customs Clearance (inclusive of ATA Carnet Customs
Clearance) and Customs Inspection
• Application of Customs documentation - Temporary
Import or Temporary Export formalities
• Application of Government Licenses and Permits
(where applicable)
• Issuing and cancellation of Bank Guarantee for
Temporary Import
• Arrangement of Permanent Import formalities and
payment of GST to Singapore Customs
• On-site management and services at exhibition venue
• Supplying of manpower for unpacking & repacking
of exhibits on-site
• Arrangement of Industrial packing (such as vacuum
packing)
• Arrangement of cargo insurance (if required)
• Storage services
• Post exhibition handling
Transit Air Cargo Singapore is also members of the Singapore
Association of Convention and Exhibition Organizers and
Suppliers (SACEOS), Singapore Logistics Association (SLA),
International Exhibition Logistics Association (IELA),
Asia Federation of Exhibition and Conference Association
(AFECA). We have also handled numerous government projects
and is registered with the Ministry of Finance under the
EPPU & GeBIZ Trading Partner scheme.
We had handled a wide range of exhibitions, events, conferences,
road shows and performance arts. No cargo is too big or
